Provides a secure complaints management system for Employees and Business Associates to report potential misconduct and violation of Code of Conduct and Business Ethics.

Detection and Verification
Detect and verify complaints received to ensure appropriate actions are taken to address such misconduct and violation.

Integrity Strengthening
Educate and develop awareness programs and campaigns that are effective and far reaching.

Governance
Aim towards good governance within the Group which includes recommendations to improve on existing policies, procedures, and systems.
Whistleblowing
If you know any potential misconduct, unethical or unlawful acts committed by Employees of the Company, lodge a report to the Group Integrity & Governance via the whistleblowing channels as below. Your identity and report will be kept confidential.
